I am reading a Sherlock fic in which he gets terrible migraines with synaesthesia and aphasia and basically says all kinds of weird stuff out loud. It’s supposed to be unusually severe, but I’ve had hallucinations like that when I’m depressed and when I have migraines. What is even more interesting is that his utterances closely resemble lyrics from many of Montreal songs.
