It’s finally here! The altar piece I commissioned from De Baun Fine Ceramics. It’s a very hard thing to photograph, but it features Gaia, hands outstretched, her hair becoming water, flanked by two frogs (symbol of rebirth), framed by barren forest, the sun and moon, and maple leaves along the border.

It feels like stepping into another world when I meditate here. I couldn’t be more pleased. Another new feature is a photo of Pema Chödrön, whose teachings keep me grounded.
